View IG StoryKicking off the journey today! Got in a solid 4.53 km run in about 38 minutes and faced the music with the scaleβstarting at 73.2 kg. The goal right now isn't perfection; it's just consistency.
I managed to stay inside my 1950 daily calorie budget today. Started strong with a banana and whey protein shake, kept it clean with a tofu stir fry for lunch, and ended the day with some comforting rice and palak paneer. (And yes, a couple of squares of Dairy Milk Silk, because balance is key! π«)
