Welcome to Day 11! I hit the pavement for a 5.1 km run today with an average pace of 9' 44"/km. I finished the run in 49m 38s and burned around 340 calories, reaching 52 zone minutes and ensuring the main event cardio load was solid. My sleep has been excellent as well, clocking in 7 hours and 12 minutes of actual sleep with a score of 87.

On the diet front, I stayed nicely under my goal, consuming 1,718 out of 1,950 calories! While my carbs hit 236.2g, my fiber intake was lower than my goal at 12.7g. Today, I had some healthy Poha for breakfast, paneer and rice for lunch, and moong dal khichdi for dinner. Overall, the recovery is holding up well, and I'm feeling ready for the miles ahead!
