Day 3: Badminton & Sleep Struggles πΈπ΄
46 mins Badminton | 4h 40m Sleep | 1,807 cal Consumed
Welcome back to the journey! For Day 3, I decided to shift gears. Running a 10k requires dynamic stamina, so I switched up my workout with an intense 46-minute badminton session to keep things sharp. It was a fantastic way to break a sweat while burning over 300 calories!
However, it wasn't a perfect day. I struggled severely with sleep deprivation last night. I only managed to log 4 hours and 40 minutes of actual sleep, dipping my sleep score down to an "Attention" level. Rest is just as critical as training, so improving this metric will be a top priority moving forward.
On the bright side, nutrition was dialed in perfectly. I stayed comfortably under my 1,950 budget, consuming exactly 1,807 kcal, while making sure I didn't skip out on some post-dinner Date Bites! Keep watching, keep pushing. One step at a time!
