Welcome to Day 4! Todayβs 5.43 km run felt incredibly efficient. I managed an average pace of 06'51" per km while keeping my heart rate controlled. With the April 19th goal approaching, Iβm locking in on maintaining this aerobic base without overtaxing my body.
Sleep was slightly better tonight. I got 6.5 hours, which is an improvement, but my goal will be to hit the 11:00 PM guidance going forward to ensure maximum recovery. Consistency is key!
On the nutrition front, I hit 1,836 kcal against a 1,950 kcal budget while maintaining solid protein intake. Body weight sits at 72.90 kg today. One step at a time, keeping the focus sharp. Let's get after it again tomorrow!
