Join ChannelWelcome to Day 7! Today was a massive breakthroughβI hit over 10k steps on a single run and unlocked the "Longest distance" achievement! Running 7.34 km took an hour and 14 minutes, but keeping the effort mostly in the Anaerobic and Aerobic zones really helped manage the fatigue. The average pace was 10'05"/km, perfectly steady for a longer endurance push.
Sleep, however, was tricky. I achieved a Sleep Score of 63 (Fair), spending 4 hours and 55 minutes in bed, leading to an actual sleep time of 4 hours and 29 minutes. I'll need to pay closer attention to hitting a better rest window to sustain these tougher mileage days.
On the nutrition front, I consumed 2,118 kcal against a 1,950 kcal budget. I definitely went slightly over budget, specifically with carbs at 305.6g (125% of goal). The protein intake was solid at 84.6g, and fiber continues to be excellent at 34.4g. The extra calories fueled the longer run beautifully, allowing me to crush new barriers!
