Welcome to Day 8! After a tough 7 km run yesterday, today is all about active recovery and optimizing health metrics. I got in a solid 5.01 km walk/run session in just under 40 minutes to keep the legs moving. As I checked the body composition report, my weight stands at 73.30 kg putting my BMI at 26.60. Even though the app flags it as obese, it technically falls squarely within the 'Overweight' bracket, and importantly, my Basal Metabolic Rate holds solid at an excellent 1614.00 Kcal, creating a reliable foundation for adjusting body fat.

My sleep session scored an 'Attention' at exactly 53. I clocked 5 hours and 5 minutes of actual sleep with a fantastic sleep latency. The 32 minutes awake time interrupted the deep REM cycle, calling for extra attention. The plan is to hit the sack no later than 11:10 pm!

Nutrition was right on par today. Hitting an intake of 1,952 Cal out of the 1,950 goal makes it an almost perfect balance. My macro split included 96.1g of proteins, 56.5g of fats, and 270.8g of carbs, along with an outstanding 37.3g of dietary fiber. Keeping the fuel clean will make all the difference for upcoming heavy training days!
